What we do

We undertake a variety of development activities from residential land promotion through the planning and sales process through to the design, project management, construction and sales of completed developments. Having been instrumental in their professional careers in many of Cambridge’s most iconic developments, the Directors can call on the best consultants in the region as required whether from legal, financing, design, town planning, construction, and sales arenas.

They undertake projects in these key areas:


We buy land with or without consent, procure finance as appropriate, obtain Planning Consent and then carry out development on our own account.

Option Agreements

We enter into an arrangement with a land owner to acquire at a later date after we have achieved planning, land assembly or other milestones.

Promotion Agreements

We contract with a landowner to spend our resources, at our risk and to obtain planning permission and then the land is sold for best value in the open market. Our reward is a fee being a percentage of the sale proceeds (and our costs reimbursed).

Joint Ventures

We work with land owners through the whole development process to Completion of the finished article and we share profits with the property owner.

Development Management

We apply our skills to the entire development process for a land or property owner for a fee and reward based incentive.
